A structured one on one & group coaching pathway guiding players from beginner to competitive level..

Recommended Time: 4–8 weeks
Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week

Focus: Fundamentals, coordination, and fun

Training Includes:

• Proper grip (shakehand basics) 
• Forehand & backhand fundamentals 
• Hand-eye coordination drills 
• Basic footwork (balance & movement) 
• Ball control and rally building 
• Interactive games to build confidence 

Goal:
Develop basic control and rally (5–10 shots) while enjoying the game

Recommended Time: 8–12 weeks
Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week

Focus: Technique development and consistency

Training Includes:

• Topspin and backspin fundamentals 
• Serve introduction (basic variations) 
• Return of serve (push, block, placement) 
• Footwork patterns (2-point & 3-point movement) 
• Consistency drills (10–30 ball rallies) 
• Introduction to structured match play 

Goal:
Improve consistency, control, and start competitive point play

Recommended Time: 12–20 weeks
Frequency: 2–4 sessions per week

Focus: Advanced skills and match performance

Training Includes:

• Advanced attacking and defensive techniques 
• Serve and receive strategy 
• Multi-ball training (high repetition drills) 
• Advanced footwork (pivot, recovery, transitions) 
• Tactical play (shot selection, point construction) 
• Match simulation and tournament preparation 

Goal:
Prepare players for local tournaments and competitive play
