About Head Coach Guillermo D. Vadell
Guillermo D. Vadell is the Head Coach and principal owner of 305 Table Tennis Club, bringing over 30 years of playing experience to the sport. He is a certified Coach and Umpire with USA Table Tennis (USATT), reflecting his commitment to both technical excellence and the integrity of the game.
Coach Vadell has completed multiple SafeSport certifications, including Creating a Positive Sport Environment, SafeSport for Youth Athletes, and SafeSport for Kids, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful training environment for all participants.
He has extensive coaching experience across all levels—youth, beginners, intermediate, advanced, and older adult players. Known for his personalized approach, Coach Vadell focuses on understanding each player’s immediate needs while developing a clear path toward their long-term goals.
His mission is to create a positive, structured, and engaging environment where players can grow their skills, confidence, and passion for table tennis.

Rafael is an amazing coach and player, who understands the fundamentals of the game and has experience instructing and teaching. He is able to work on fundamentals or just act as hitting partner depending on your needs. He has the ability to plan lessons and educate players of all ages, from kids, beginners and advance players.
