PE for Kids - Beginner & Intermediate Level

BEGINNER - Beginner table tennis coaching focused on fundamental skills, coordination, basic stroke development, and introduction to gameplay in a structured and supportive environment.

  • Join our Fun and engaging seasonal table tennis programs for beginner  level kids! Learn basic skills, improve coordination, and build confidence with professional training team in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for ages 5–12


  What’s Included


🎯 1. Introduction to Fundamentals

Players learn the essential basics of the game:

  • Proper grip (shakehand or penhold) 
  • Ready stance and basic positioning 
  • Understanding table, net, and rules 
  • Introduction to rallying

Focus on building correct technique from the start:

  • Forehand drive 
  • Backhand drive 
  • Basic push (short game) 
  • Introduction to ball control 

👣 3. Footwork & Coordination

Developing movement and body control:

INTERMEDIATE - Intermediate table tennis coaching focused on technical refinement, tactical development, footwork, and match play to improve consistency, strategy, and competitive performance.

  • Join our Intermediate Table Tennis program for an immersive experience that enhances your skills, including advanced drills, serving techniques, physical conditioning, teamwork and strategy games, match play, and video analysis. Elevate your game to the next level with expert guidance and practice in a dynamic, supportive environment.

At the intermediate level, players already know the basics, so coaching focuses on refining technique:

  • Forehand and backhand topspin consistency 
  • Looping against backspin 
  • Controlled blocking and counter-hitting 
  • Footwork positioning for better shot execution

Movement becomes critical at this stage:

  • Side-to-side (lateral) footwork drills 
  • In-and-out movement (short vs long balls)
